Psychiatric Consultation for Interventional Treatment Providers
For physicians, ketamine clinics, infusion centers, and other interventional treatment providers
Peaceful Presence Mental Health partners with medical practices that need psychiatric consultation for patients who are considering advanced depression treatments, such as Spravato (esketamine), ketamine, or other interventional therapies. Services include comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments for treatment-resistant depression, medication and treatment history reviews, and clinical documentation. This documentation may support medical-necessity decisions and prior authorization requests. Each insurance plan sets its own requirements.
Many ketamine infusion centers and medical practices offer these treatments without a psychiatric provider on staff. Some insurance plans ask for a psychiatric diagnosis before they cover Spravato. An independent psychiatric evaluation gives your team that diagnostic assessment and the documentation that goes with it, without building a psychiatric department of your own.

Placements depend on supervision arrangements, school agreements, and training capacity, so each inquiry is reviewed one at a time.
