We Offer Both In-person & Telehealth Visits

For those who can appreciate getting a feel for your provider or simply feel traumatized after COVID- we offer in-person visits.

Receiving care from home doesn’t mean receiving less support. Telehealth allows you to access professional psychiatric nursing care while staying connected to what helps you feel grounded and secure.

Appointments

Our sessions are flexible and primarily time-based, allowing us to tailor the experience to your needs:

During every visit we:

  • Review from our last visit what has help, and where adjustments can be made.

  • Medication management, if appropriate.

  • Integrate brief psychotherapy modalities.

  • Lab work, nutrition, or other holistic interventions.

Availability Between Visits

One of the benefits our patients appreciate most is our availability between visits. We understand that questions and concerns don’t always wait until your next session— we’re here on this journey with you and your mental health is our priority.

You can reach us by phone or email, and we strive to respond within 2 business days. For many, especially those taking medication, this provides a sense of ease and reassurance knowing that support is available between appointments.
