A note on insurance
Some insurance plans ask for a psychiatric diagnosis before they cover Spravato or similar treatments. My evaluation is an independent diagnostic assessment. Its documentation may support medical-necessity decisions and prior authorization requests. Each payer sets its own requirements, so I cannot promise an approval.
Where I see patients
Consultations are available for patients in California. Michigan and Nevada are coming soon.
Peaceful Presence also offers Spravato treatment and TMS therapy directly, so I know the clinical questions these treatments raise.
